Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and any hygiene seals intact.
  • Complete and Undamaged: We will not accept returns for products that are incomplete, damaged, or have been extensively used. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or deterioration due to improper use will be returned to the shipper.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene Considerations: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for any items where the hygiene seal has been broken, or if the items have been worn or washed.
  • Promotional Items: Items purchased during promotions or sales cannot be returned.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund for items deemed defective due to manufacturing faults.

  2. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition and shipped within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.

Important Notes

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our return center.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened underwear products are not eligible for return.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy and return the item to the shipper.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Size Exchanges: Purchased items are eligible for exchange into a different size, except for items purchased during sales promotions. Exchanges are processed only upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise and are subject to stock availability.
  • Condition Requirements: To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
    • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.
    • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
  • Condition Upon Return: Products showing signs of wear, washing, or deterioration due to improper or extensive use will not be accepted for exchange and may be returned to the original shipper.

Exchange for Different Colors or Styles

  • Alternative Requests: If you wish to exchange for a different color or style, please contact our Customer Service team. We will assist you based on stock availability and guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs

  • Exchange Shipping: The cost of shipment for exchanges will be charged based on your location. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Defective Products

  • Defective Items: If you believe your item is defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We will offer a replacement or alternative solution upon assessment.
